We’re reinventing the payments experience by making it easy and reliable for everyone to transfer money, pay bills and shop online.We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Sales Officer – Phone Stock Shop to join our partner’s phone stock shop team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling mobile phones, accessories, and related products, ensuring excellent customer service, and assisting with stock management. You will be a key point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right devices based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Promote and sell mobile phones, accessories, and related services.
• Explain features, specifications, and prices of different devices.
• Guide customers through product comparisons to help with purchase decisions.
• Process sales transactions using the POS system.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock counting, receiving, and arranging products.
• Keep the sales area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile phones, promotions, and industry trends.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent ( Diploma or Degree in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
• Previous experience in retail or phone sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of mobile phone brands, models, and features.
• Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Honest, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
