Background

This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our sales and documentation processes. Tokyo Stars Limited (SBT Japan) is a reputable company seeking dedicated professionals to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Processing and managing documents, such as invoices, Bills of Lading, and other import documents.
• Updating and maintaining databases in Excel or other applications with accurate and relevant information.
• Managing and organizing both physical and electronic files to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility.
• Handling customer inquiries and assisting in their resolution in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Holder of a bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma.

Age: 25 to 35 years.

Technical Skills: Computer skills with hands-on experience using Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel.

Language: Competent in spoken and written English.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12
