Key responsibilities

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and corporate customers.
• Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong business relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Lead promotional campaigns and brand visibility initiatives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Manage and mentor sales representatives and field teams.
• Coordinate product launches, trade promotions, and marketing events.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in FMCG, beverage, liquor, or wholesale distribution is highly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Must be willing to relocate to Zanzibar.
