JOB DETAILS:
Sales Manager （1 Post）
According to the business development targets and work plans, assist in the implementation of various sales management affairs, provide sales data support, improve the management functions of the sales management department, lead and coordinate the daily sales work of the sales manager, and complete the sales targets in various regions.

Sales Manager Job Descriptions
• Assist the Chinese manager in internal and external liaison and communication with relevant responsible persons, ensure the effective collection and transmission of information, and guide the sales manager to reach the target weekly and monthly
• Analyze the sales abnormalities in each area, and timely communicate with the sales manager and Chinese manager, adjusts and formulates sales strategies in time, which promotes the smooth progress of sales in various regions
• Print and send files, notifications accurately and on time
• Communicate with customers and well understand their sales situation, whether they encounter sales difficulties, whether they have complaints about company policies, appease customers and handle complaints
• Responsible for the work inspection of each post in the department, responsible for organizing the staff training in the department, and case practical training once a week

Education, Professional skills & Work Experience
• Bachelor degree in business administration major in marketing
• 3 years working experience in which 2 years must be in sales
• Proficient in product knowledge
• Familiar with sales rules and procedure
• Understand sales policy
• Proficient in marketing knowledge
• Finance skills
• Leadership and cooperation skills
• Basic in Microsoft Office software
