About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the commercial success of our cluster of hotels in Zanzibar. This is an exciting opportunity to represent multiple properties within the RIU brand, handling fast-paced resort operations with professionalism and accuracy
Responsibilities or duties
What You’ll Do
- Handle sales-related enquiries promptly, politely, and accurately via telephone and email in line with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, and client correspondence
- Conduct hotel site inspections for potential and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners
- Support the Sales team in achieving departmental targets and objectives
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
- Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office tools
Qualifications or requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales within the hospitality industry is considered a significant advantage.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced resort environment.
- Professionalism: Capable of handling priorities accurately and politely.
