Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our team and represent our brand across multiple dealerships within your region. The ideal candidate will be a relationship-builder, capable of driving sales performance, enhancing brand visibility, and motivating dealer sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key stakeholders.
- Drive retail sales and consistently achieve performance targets.
- Implement field-level marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Coach, support, and motivate dealer sales teams to improve performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and submit performance reports while ensuring adherence to brand standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, dealer management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across assigned regions.
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
- Professional demeanor and strong commitment to representing the brand.
