Our Client is looking for 7 experienced Sales Cum Drivers with proven experience in the FMCG industry to drive sales growth, develop customer relationships, and ensure efficient product deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit existing and potential customers and identify new sales opportunities
• Promote and sell FMCG products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Deliver products safely and efficiently to customers
• Manage sales orders, deliveries, and collections where required
• Monitor stock levels and provide market feedback
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of the company vehicle
• Prepare daily sales and delivery reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG Sales
• Experience in sales, distribution, or route-to-market operations
• Valid driving licence
• Good knowledge of Dar es Salaam routes and customer locations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Target-driven and able to work independently
• Good understanding of FMCG products and market dynamics
• Honest, reliable, energetic, and results-oriented
