Job Responsibilities

The Sales Clerk will be responsible for various tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service within the fashion retail environment. Key duties include:

• Stocking shelves with goods to maintain product availability and visual appeal.
• Answering queries from shoppers regarding products, promotions, and store policies.
• Guiding and advising customers on product selection to meet their needs and preferences.
• Keeping the store clean and tidy to provide a pleasant shopping experience.
• Participating in stock management and control, including inventory checks and replenishment.
• Assisting shoppers in locating the products and goods they desire.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is an added advantage.
• 1-2 years of proven experience working as a Sales Clerk, Shop Assistant, or Sales Associate in a clothing or fashion retail store.
