Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our roofing solutions portfolio—including roofing tiles, galvanized sheets, roofing paints, portable container houses, and marble wall coatings—across Tanzania and the East African region.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to driving sales performance, enhancing brand visibility, and expanding market reach. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing impactful marketing initiatives that position our products competitively in a fast-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive multi-channel sales growth by leading and executing targeted strategies trade segments to consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
• Lead the implementation of the company’s branding strategy, mission, and vision, ensuring alignment across all sales and marketing activities.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans, including forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to meet set revenue targets and drive market expansion.
• Foster a high-performing, motivated team environment, overseeing staff development, performance appraisals, and operational execution to ensure departmental success.
• Leverage data-driven insights to monitor performance, optimize team KPIs, track competitor activity, and refine strategies for maximum ROI and brand visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years in selling & marketing of building materials – roofing material is a plus.
• Proven brand-building & sales success in East Africa.
• Citizens from EA (Kenya, Uganda) and SADC countries are encouraged to apply.
