JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary: The Safety Officer develops, implements, and oversees the company's health and safety programs to create a safe and compliant work environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Develop and deliver safety inductions and ongoing training to employees.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Maintain and update all HSE documentation, records, and permits.
• Chair safety committee meetings and promote a strong safety culture.
  Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. NEBOSH/IOSH certification is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in an industrial environment (port, construction, manufacturing).
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
