About Platinum Credit Ltd
Platinum Credit Ltd is hiring a qualified and experienced candidate for the position of SME Team Leader / SME Senior Loan Officer to support its SME sales operations in Dar es Salaam.

Basic Job Functions
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the smooth running of branch operations.
- Providing overall direction for team targets and budgets.
- Achieving monthly targets.
- Monitoring daily repayments for all Assistant Loan Officers.
- Ensuring the team follows a clear direction and motivating the team towards greater productivity.
- Ensuring high ethical standards are maintained.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must possess:
- Diploma in Business Administration or any business-related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
Key Skills and Competencies
Candidates should possess:
- Ability to coach, lead, and manage a team.
- Good customer care skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Good problem-analysis and problem-solving skills.

Experience in Months: 24
