Job Summary
The Rewards, Benefits and Payroll Manager is responsible for designing and managing the organization’s total rewards framework, employee benefits programs, and end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage compensation structures, grading systems, salary reviews, and incentive schemes.
- Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable rewards.
- Develop and administer employee benefits programs and manage service providers.
- Oversee accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing and salary disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory deductions.
- Prepare payroll, rewards, and benefits reports for management decision-making.
- Act as an advisor to management and employees on rewards, benefits, and payroll matters.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Professional certification (e.g. CIPD, CCP, GRP) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in rewards, benefits, and payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax laws, and labor regulations.
- Experience managing compensation benchmarking and benefits administration.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
