Job Title: Retail Assistant, Brand, Design & Campaigns

Role Purpose

Execute day-to-day brand and campaign operations through high-quality creative output and collaboration, while ensuring effective administrative, scheduling, and communication support to enable leadership efficiency and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Campaigns (Design Owner )*

  • Manage and deliver assigned brand and campaign design projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal design workflows, asset management, and approval processes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for brand and campaign-related communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain organised records of design assets, campaign materials, and project progress.
  • Prepare updates or reports on campaign status and deliverables when required.
  • Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, retail, and other departments to support company-wide initiatives.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day personal and administrative support to the business lead.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and reminders to ensure efficient time management.
  • Handle internal and external correspondence on behalf of the business lead with professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with document preparation, presentations, and record keeping. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
  • Support travel arrangements, logistics, and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma in Designing, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field would be an advantage
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Proficiency in relevant design tools and platforms.
  • Comfortable using scheduling, communication, and project management tools.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to balance creative responsibilities and executive support tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professional judgment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
