Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Manager located in Moshi, Tanzania. The Reservations Manager will oversee and manage the reservations process, ensuring seamless booking experiences for clients. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, managing bookings, coordinating with the sales team, and working closely with other departments to ensure the highest level of customer service. The role also involves training team members in reservation systems and procedures to help optimize operations and maintain consistency in client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills and experience in Reservations, ensuring an efficient and accurate booking process
- Customer Service expertise, with an ability to anticipate and address client needs
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
- Experience in Sales, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Capability in Training and coaching team members on reservation and customer service protocols
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in reservation or booking software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial
