Job Summary
Position: Renewable Energy Sales & Marketing Manager
Location: Rock City Mall, Mwanza, Tanzania
Department: Sustainable Energy
Type: Full-Time
Role Summary
This role requires a results-driven professional with proven experience in the renewable energy sector. Responsibilities include strategic planning, client acquisition, digital campaigns, brand development, and overseeing B2B/B2C solar sales processes across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation, sales closure, and revenue growth in solar and ESS markets.
- Develop marketing campaigns (offline & digital) tailored to different sectors.
- Manage partnerships, dealer networks, and exhibitions.
- Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and marketing collateral.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Work closely with the engineering and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–4 years’ experience in sales & marketing within the solar/energy industry.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and team leadership skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, social media platforms, and content strategy.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical clients.
