Job Overview
The Recovery Agent will be responsible for executing motor vehicle repossession duties as instructed. This role is part of the Repossession Department and reports to the Repossession Coordinator.
Position Details
Job Purpose
To execute motor vehicle repossession duties as instructed.
Main Responsibilities of the Job
- Receiving repossession instructions and being able to read and understand them.
- Execute repossession instructions according as per training.
- Follow the repossession process and procedures precisely.
- Filing of repossession documentation as trained and instructed.
- Ensuring all the required documents for the repossession process are availed to the office within the stipulated time.
- If assigned company motor vehicle, ensure it is well maintained as per the service schedule and maintain cleanliness of the same.
Academic and Professional Requirements
- Holder of a valid Driving License.
- Minimum 3 years continuous driving experience.
- Ready to work anywhere in Tanzania under minimum supervision.

- Problem solving skills.
- Computer literate.
- Good driving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
