Job Purpose

To provide front-office support by welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain visitor logs and office records.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Coordinate courier services and deliveries.
  • Monitor and order office supplies when required.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and other office logistics.
  • Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Support management with general administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an added advantage.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

Experience: Not Less than 1 years
