JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests by providing courteous reception services, managing reservations, processing guest arrivals and departures, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests professionally.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle reservations and room bookings.
• Respond to telephone and email inquiries.
• Process payments and issue invoices.
• Maintain accurate guest records.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Computer proficiency; knowledge of hotel reservation systems is an advantage.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel reception or guest services is preferred.
