JOB DETAILS:
Hotel Kaskazi Zanzibar is looking for qualified and dedicated individuals to join our professional hospitality team.
Responsibilities or duties
- Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Handle payments and administrative duties accurately
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times
Qualifications or requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
Experience needed
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
