Responsibilities or duties

• Conduct radiographic examinations on referred patients.
• Maintain radiology equipment and machinery.
• Assess X-ray images to ensure diagnostic quality.
• Safeguard patient X-ray records until submitted to referring doctors.
• Supervise junior staff.
• Provide technical advice on radiology and radiation matters.
• Prepare diagnostic equipment and oversee sterilization procedures.
• Orient newly assigned staff.
• Perform any other assigned duties relevant to their qualifications and experience.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Applicants must possess:

• A Diploma in Radiography Technology from a government-recognized institution.
• Registration with the Tanzania Radiation Professionals Council.
