Radiographer – 2 Positions

Job Summary

The Radiographer will provide safe and accurate diagnostic imaging services while ensuring patient comfort, radiation safety, and proper operation of imaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations as requested by clinicians.
• Prepare and position patients appropriately for imaging procedures.
• Operate radiographic equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure images meet required diagnostic quality standards.
• Apply radiation protection measures for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain accurate examination and patient records.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report faults promptly.
• Assist patients with special needs during imaging procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the imaging department.
• Work closely with clinicians and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Relevant Diploma or Degree in Radiography/Medical Imaging.
• Valid registration and practising licence with the relevant Professional Council.
• Good knowledge of radiographic procedures and radiation safety.
• Good communication and patient-care skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to professional standards.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
