Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment system.
• Record daily operational parameters including pressure, flow, conductivity, and pH.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of the system.
• Carry out membrane cleaning (CIP – Clean In Place) and filter replacement when required.
• Monitor chemical dosing (antiscalant, chlorine, and other chemicals).
• Ensure treated water quality consistently meets required standards.
• Maintain accurate operation logs and strictly follow all safety procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Certificate or Diploma in Water Treatment, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in RO plant operations.
• Ability to accurately record data and strictly follow operating procedures.
• Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting capabilities.
