OUR CLIENT
Our client is a leading building and civil engineering contractor with a strong track record in delivering high-quality residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects across Tanzania. They are expanding their team and seeking skilled professionals to contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Manage all costs related to construction projects and ensure value for money through accurate estimation and cost control.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in measurement, costing, estimation and contract administration.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, cost control and project documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS software is an added advantage.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
