Duties and Responsibilities

• To study all aspects pertaining to inspection, quality management and certification;
• To study and implement the laboratory safety procedures and regulations;
• To carry out analysis of sample as may be assigned by supervisor/trainer;
• To provide support to industries in all matters related to quality assurance;
• To implement Regulations for Certification Schemes;
• To conduct quality assurance training, consultancy and research;
• To participate in preparation, implementation, maintenance and review of quality system;
• To carry out verification of supplies and services;
• To carry out corrective and preventive actions;
• To assist in safety and serviceability of equipment and apparatus; and

Qualifications

Holder of Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
