JOB DETAILS:

Accounting entries
– Compile the accounting entries coming from SAP
– Prepare the mapping from SAP (GL, WBS) to Workday (spend categories, work tags)
– Add missing information (work tags)
– Check the correct accountability of all entries
– Prepare the accounting entries for all transactions not posted in SAP (mainly cash movements from JPM account)
– Prepare the VAT, WHT, exchange differences entries
– Perform loading tests in Workday
– Ensure clearing
• Assist in testing the monthly / quarterly closure procedures
• Support the correct set-up of the VAT / local WHT entries
• Support the correct set-up of the WHT-NRS entries, whether fully paid locally or shared 60/40 between TZ/UG
• Assist in preparing the draft of the Accounting Manual for EACOP Ltd
• Assist in accuracy and reliability of the first sets of EACOP Ltd Financial statements from Workday
• Implementation of fully integrated ERP for EACOP Ltd (finance and HR), go live 3Q2022
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s in accounting, Finance or Business administration
• Knowledge of Workday or similar ERP, Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum 15 years in Finance department
• Full, hands-on experience in Finance such Assets, Suppliers, General Accounting, Taxes
• Prior experience with ERP deployment
• Organizational, team spirit and interpersonal skills
