Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control procedures and inspections on the production line to ensure adherence to international glass packaging standards.
• Process Supervision: Monitor glass container manufacturing processes, identify defects, and enforce corrective action plans.
• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise QC inspectors and technicians during operational shifts.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed quality audit logs, defect rate reports, and compliance documentation for management review.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate) in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 4 years of practical experience in a process or manufacturing industry.
• Competencies: Strong operational oversight, quality auditing skills, analytical thinking, and team leadership.
