JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Specialist to manage procurement activities at our Chalinze facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quality materials.
- Negotiate purchase terms and agreements with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and fulfill procurement needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
