Provision Of Information for Supply of Goods/Services Tender M&P Exploration Production Tanzania Limited

1. M&P Exploration Production Tanzania Ltd. (MPEP), an upstream producer of natural gas from the Mnazi Bay gas field in the Mtwara region, hereby invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of Catering Services at the Mnazi Bay Camp.

MPEP seeks competent and experienced contractors with proven capability in delivering high-quality, safe, and reliable catering services in remote offshore camp environments.

The successful bidder will be responsible for:

• Provision of full catering services, including meal planning, preparation, and serving of daily meals for camp personnel, visitors and contractors.
• Supplying all required food items, beverages, and consumables.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation requirements in line with national and international food safety standards.
• Managing kitchen and dining hall cleanliness and waste disposal.
• Managing and maintaining catering equipment (as applicable).
• Ensuring strict adherence to M&PS HSE requirements and food safety standards.
1. This call for Request for Information (RFI) marks an open, transparent, and objective tender process.
2. Potential suppliers must submit information to demonstrate their capability and competency. This must include, but not be limited to, the following:
   a) Proof of experience and technical capability in providing said services, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry, Mining, or remote camp sectors.
   b) Detailed company profile with proven experience in catering preferably within the Oil & Gas.
   c) Only suppliers that are 100% locally registered and owned in Tanzania and fully compliant with the Local Content Regulations, 2017 shall be eligible to participate.
   d) Proof of registration with the local authorities in Tanzania. This shall include, but not be limited to, a company profile, certificate of registration with BRELA, Tax Authority certificates for Tax Identification Number and Value Added Tax, Valid Business License, TFDA/TMDA certification (if applicable), Regulatory license and permits (if applicable), Tax Clearance Certificate, etc.
