  • Facilitate access to the project's MSME subsidy fund and other financing mechanisms to strengthen enterprise competitiveness, leverage private investment, and unlock sustainable growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with investors, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners to create pathways for enterprises graduating from incubation and acceleration projects to access commercial financing.

Partnerships and Ecosystem Strengthening

  • Develop partnerships with incubators, accelerators, technical service providers, financial institutions, investors, and industry actors to strengthen support services available to project participants.
  • Promote collaboration among ecosystem stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of the incubation, acceleration, and MSME financing models beyond the life of the project.

Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL)
