Position Overview:
Project Manager – Shops will be oversee and manage the operations of all company-run supermarkets located at GGM, Bulyanhulu, North Mara, and Kahama. This role is responsible for supervising shop operations, managing stock and cash flow, and ensuring all retail outlets maintain high standards of performance, customer service, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Retail Operations Management
· Oversee daily operations of all site-based supermarkets.
· Ensure smooth and efficient running of all shops by enforcing operational standards.
· Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure consistent quality and performance.

2. Stock and Inventory Management
· Monitor stock levels across all sites to avoid overstocking or understocking.
· Design and implement strategies for effective inventory control and restocking.
· Approve procurement requests and coordinate deliveries to all shops.
· Conduct regular inventory audits and stock reconciliations.

3. Sales and Financial Oversight
· Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
· Analyze sales data and prepare reports to guide decision-making.
· Manage shop budgets, control expenditures, and meet agreed sales targets.
· Supervise the accurate handling of cash and ensure financial accountability at all sites.

4. Staff Management
· Supervise and support Shop Supervisors and Shop Controllers.
· Work with HR for recruitment, training, and scheduling of shop staff.
· Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.
· Promote a positive work culture and ensure staff adherence to company policies.

5. Customer Service Excellence
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained across all shops.
· Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
· Implement customer feedback systems and propose improvements.

6. Reporting and Strategic Planning
· Submit regular operational and financial reports to senior management.
· Recommend improvements and innovations for retail processes and customer engagement.
· Develop action plans for underperforming shops or departments.

1. Bachelor Degree in Business Management
2. Experience in managing Super Markets

· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
· Attention to detail and high integrity
· Problem-solving and decision-making ability
