Open Position: Project Manager - Electrical Building Services

SIHOTECH ENGINEERING COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our electrical building services projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company and contribute to exciting and challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical building services.
• Manage LV power distribution, lighting, standby power, UPS, fire alarm, and ELV systems.
• Coordinate electrical works with architectural, structural, mechanical, and fire protection teams.
• Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, documentation, and quality delivery.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution.
• Review and approve electrical designs, technical submissions, and commissioning reports.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in electrical building services, including LV power, lighting, standby power, and ELV systems.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
• Sound knowledge of IEC, BS, and applicable building codes and standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong understanding of testing, commissioning, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university.
• Must be a Registered Professional Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) and hold a valid practicing licence.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical building services for commercial or high-rise buildings.
