Project Controls intern

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in various tasks and projects to gain hands-on experience in HR operations. This position is designed to provide exposure to the various facets of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, training, and other administrative functions.

Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
HR Project Support:
- Assist in implementing HR projects (e.g., employee engagement, training programs)
- Track project timelines and deliverables
- Prepare project documentation and reports
Employee Engagement:
- Support the planning and execution of staff engagement activities
- Assist in surveys and feedback collection
- Ensure proper filing (physical and digital)
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documents.
- Support various HR projects as assigned.
Key requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree program (Human Resources, Business Administration, organization or industrial psychology, etc.) or any other relevant degree/course from a recognised university
- Must provide an introduction letter from the university and a copy of the student’s ID.
- Must provide a partial transcript/testimonial showing current academic scores with a minimum of an upper-second degree.
- Must be available full-time for the duration of the internship period.
- Must write and submit an internship application letter.
