Responsibilities or duties

• Execute daily production plans in line with schedules set by the Operations Manager.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality & minimal downtime.
• Identify production challenges & implement timely corrective actions.
• Supervise & coordinate production process teams to ensure tasks are completed as planned.
• Lead & support general hands & production staff during operations.
• Motivate, coach & develop production teams to improve productivity & performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during all production activities.

Qualifications or requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• Knowledge of Quality Control or Quality Management systems is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership & team supervision skills.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene & production standards.

Experience needed

Minimum of 2 years experience in food manufacturing or processing environment.
