We are urgently looking for experienced candidates to fill the following position.

Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Qualifications & Conditions:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanics, Production Management, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the relevant fields.
• Must be able to read, interpret, and implement architectural drawings.
• Experience in modular structure production will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of production safety standards and quality control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production planning tools.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily production operations to meet targets and quality standards.
2. Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities and workflows.
3. Monitor machinery, equipment, and staff performance for efficiency.
4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
5. Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records.
