Procurement and Stores Officer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing and inventory management.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
• Receive, inspect and issue stock.
• Monitor supplier performance, stock levels and delivery timelines.
• Conduct regular stock counts.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics or Stores Management.
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Strong negotiation, record-management and inventory-control skills.
• Membership in a recognized procurement body is an advantage.
