Industry: Feed Additive & Animal Nutrition

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase goods, materials, and services as required by the company.
• Identify and maintain relationships with suppliers and business partners.
• Request and compare quotations, and negotiate prices and delivery terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain procurement records and monitor supplier performance.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with different departments to support procurement needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement planning.
• Prepare procurement reports and recommendations for management.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Economics, or a related field.
• Preferably 2-3 years of relevant procurement experience, ideally within a feed manufacturing, agricultural, commodity trading, or related industry.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and purchasing practices.
• Experience working with suppliers, vendors, and procurement documentation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
