REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team at Hotel La Palma. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, providing information about hotel services, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and surrounding areas. This role requires a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with loading and unloading their luggage from vehicles and to their rooms.
• Provide information and directions to guests regarding hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby, entrance, and other public areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Certificate in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
• Basic customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: professional certificate
