JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
To maintain and repair plumbing systems ensuring proper functionality and water safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems
- Fix leaks and unclog drains
- Maintain restroom facilities and fixtures
- Service kitchen plumbing and drainage
- Install and maintain water filtration systems
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Respond to plumbing emergencies
- Maintain plumbing tools and equipment
- Keep records of work performed
Qualifications and Requirements
- Licensed plumber or equivalent experience
- Commercial plumbing experience
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes
- Physical stamina
- Problem-solving abilities
