Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and hands-on Pharmacy Team Lead – Pharmacist to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure full regulatory compliance, and lead a high-performing pharmacy team. This role blends strong clinical expertise with leadership, people management, and operational coordination.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and supervise daily pharmacy operations, including staff planning and scheduling.
  • Ensure safe, accurate, and legal dispensing of medications in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee inventory management, minimize expiries, and control stock losses.
  • Train, coach, and mentor pharmacy staff to improve service quality and performance.
  • Drive excellent customer service and uphold professional pharmacy standards at all times.
  • Support business growth initiatives and continuous operational efficiency improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Licensed Pharmacist registered with the relevant regulatory authority.
  • 2–3 years of experience in pharmacy operations and/or a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, dispensing standards, and ethical practice.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, expiry control, and loss prevention.
  • Strong leadership, people coordination, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with pharmacy or inventory systems.
