About Us

HealthyCare Plus Pharmacy is a professional retail pharmacy in Mwanza, committed to providing quality, safe, and affordable medicines with a strong focus on ethical and caring pharmaceutical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines correctly
• Provide professional counseling to patients on proper medicine use
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Manage storage, stock control, and expiry monitoring
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records
• Be present during inspections and audits
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and integrity

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy
• Registered with a valid practicing license
• Willing to serve as the Responsible Person
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulations
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and Swahili
• Strong ethics and customer care skills

Experience

• Experience in a retail pharmacy is an added advantage
• Competent fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Remuneration

• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience
