Job Overview

We are seeking a Personal Banker to grow and manage customer relationships, drive sales, promote digital banking adoption, and deliver exceptional customer service to achieve branch growth and retention targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition & Growth: Acquire new customers and grow existing portfolios.
• Sales & Cross-Selling: Cross-sell banking products, loans, cards, insurance, and digital channels.
• Onboarding & Engagement: Drive customer onboarding, activation, and account utilization.
• Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships and reduce account dormancy.
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Fieldwork & Reporting: Conduct customer visits, prepare reports, and support branch sales initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years’ experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Skills: Strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge: Customer-centric mindset with knowledge of banking products and market trends.
• Personal Attributes: Proactive, confident, and team-oriented.
