Job Description
Isamilo International School invites applications from qualified and interested internal staff for the position of Personal Assistant to the School Manager.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and secretarial support to the School Manager to ensure the efficient coordination of office operations, communication, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the School Manager.
- Managing the School Manager’s diary, appointments, and meetings.
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and official documents.
- Organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
- Maintaining confidential records and files.
- Facilitating communication between the School Manager and staff, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Performing other administrative duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should possess:
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in administration or office management, which will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
