Job Overview

Twyford Tile is seeking a committed and skilled Performance HR Specialist to strengthen our high-performance culture and support organizational growth. The successful candidate will design, coordinate, and optimize the company's performance management system, ensuring that appraisal processes are timely, fair, and transparent.

The role involves collaborating closely with line managers to align KPIs, targets, and competency frameworks with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will also analyze performance data, identify talent gaps, support staff development, and provide actionable insights that enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's performance management system.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and ensure accuracy, timeliness, fairness, and transparency.
  • Support line managers in setting KPIs, targets, and competency frameworks aligned with company goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify capability gaps and training needs.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to departmental teams to enhance performance.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and recommend appropriate rewards or development actions.
  • Promote a high-performance culture through training, communication, and awareness initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of work experience, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and performance management tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong employee relations experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
