People Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning human resources practices with company goals. The People Business partner will provide expert guidance on HR policies, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development to drive business success. This role requires a deep understanding of the business, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and implement HR strategies effectively.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Lead initiatives for talent acquisition, development, and retention to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth opportunities.
  • Proactively analyze people data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in people management and incorporate them into our HR strategies and practices.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Promoting a culture of learning and continuous development.
  • Partnering with leaders to foster a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner or similar role. Experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to change.
