Role Objectives

To process and control daily payments to dealers while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation

What You Will Do

Payment Processing

• Prepare and execute daily payments to dealers
• Verify payment requests and supporting documents
• Ensure payments match approved transactions

Verification & Control

• Validate dealer details and bank information
• Check invoices and supporting documentation
• Prevent duplicate or incorrect payments

Coordination

• Work with sales, operations, and finance teams
• Communicate with dealers regarding payment issues

Record Keeping

• Maintain payment registers
• Ensure proper documentation for audit purposes

Compliance

• Follow internal approval procedures
• Ensure payments comply with company policies

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or any other related fields.
• Attention to detail
• Basic understanding of finance processes
• Experience with Excel (mandatory)
• Ability to work with high transaction volumes.
• Working proficiency in English (mandatory)
