JOB DETAILS:
Elephant Lodge is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join their team.
Responsibilities or duties
As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
Qualifications or requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field. Good knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, kitchen safety, and FIFO. Proficient in English with good communication skills.
Experience needed
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a hotel, lodge, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.
Strong teamwork, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: professional certificate
