Job Description

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations across projects and supporting facilities to ensure flawless execution, operational efficiency, and strict adherence to brand standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration or any other related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Operations Management, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Registration with the relevant professional body is an added advantage

Key Skills

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in operations management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations to maintain efficiency and brand compliance
  • Manage scheduling, coordination, and secure dispatch of materials, merchandise, and supplies
  • Ensure operational processes are executed with precision and discretion to uphold service excellence
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to project performance, efficiency, and client experience
  • Develop, implement, and oversee annual preventive and routine maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted operations and a luxury retail environment
  • Ensure all maintenance and facility management services comply with brand guidelines, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Supervise the preparation and verification of Bills of Quantities (BoQs), ensuring accuracy, cost efficiency, and alignment with approved projects
  • Conduct regular on-site operational walkthroughs to ensure impeccable presentation, security readiness, and brand compliance
  • Prepare structured quarterly operational, performance, and compliance reports for senior management
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting supervisor
