Responsibilities

  • Manage shift managers and front-of-house staff by preparing duty rosters, monitoring attendance, and ensuring effective shift handovers
  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all club facilities by supervising cleaning staff, enforcing cleaning schedules, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Coordinate coach schedules and attendance
  • Monitor and manage stock levels of equipment and merchandise
  • Maintain an updated list of trusted funds and suppliers
  • Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Support tournaments, events, and peak-hour operations
  • Maintain basic inventory records
  • Ensure staff follow SOPs and maintain professional standards

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public administration or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in operations management, hospitality, sports club management, or facility management.
  • Experience in operations, hospitality, or facility management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong event management experience
