JOB DETAILS:

Nature and scope

The Operational Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the union, including production, logistics, storage, processing, and marketing of members’ agricultural products.

Qualifications, knowledge, and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agro-Economics, or related field
• Master’s degree is an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role
