- Highly organised and confident managing multiple moving parts
- Enjoys follow-ups, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance

What you’ll do
- Coordinate administration of the Incubator & Small Grants Program
- Track grant disbursements, beneficiary reporting, and compliance
- Coordinate mentors, cohorts, and annual application cycles
- Prepare monthly and quarterly program and grant reports
- Support continuous improvement of program systems and processes
What we’re looking for
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Social Entrepreneurship, or a related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in program coordination, administration, or enterprise support
- Strong organisational, reporting, and follow-up skills
- Confidence working with founders, mentors, and multiple stakeholders
- A proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented work ethic
